What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a revolutionary approach to health and fitness that’s been growing all over the world since the early 2000’s.

Together with 15,000 other independently-owned gyms, we’re helping make things better by building stronger people and communities.

 CrossFit is built atop 3 principles:

We should be having fun in the gym.

We believe endless repetitions of the same mindless exercises isn’t a recipe for success.

That’s why every day in the gym challenges us with different movements and a variety of tests. It’s also why we do it in a group setting - because everything is better with friends.

 

We should move in the gym like we do outside it.

We believe fitness should be more like life - more picking things up, more chasing, more getting ourselves off the ground.

If it’s going to happen at home, on the job site, or when we’re out exploring the world, we want to practice it in the gym.

 

We should be willing to work hard for progress.

We believe good things come to anyone willing to put in effort. Simply put: Getting stronger, losing weight, and discovering what we’re capable of all require we get uncomfortable.

We embrace that.
